The distinctive piece features a striking octagonal clear glass frame with brass fittings, elegantly balanced by two delicate pink glass tulips and a central ribbed glass bowl with light fitting. 

The decorative piece demonstrates the craftsmanship that has been nurtured on the island of Murano. Although functional as a light, it provides a piece of collectable art.
