Although do have a selection of original cast iron radiators in stock and ready to be installed, most orders are made to order. Restoration turn-around time is approximately 21 days. All units are fully tested before leaving us. If you urgently require radiators, please get in touch, we will try to accommodate your requirements were possible.
Radiators come in a variety of finishes including an extensive range of colours and they can also be hand polished.
This is calculated by the BTU (Brtiish Thermal Units) needed to heat the interior space. Factors such as the room size, ceiling height, double glazing and position of the radiators can affect what's needed. Please contact us with your room size and we can advise which sizes and styles of radiator would work for the space
The required BTUs can be calculated by the following formula using dimensions from the room: (L X W X H) X 5 (formula uses inches).
More information can be found in our Radiator Buying Guide
Yes, we highly recommend and have worked closely with our fireplace installer for over 20 years. Their work is to a very high standard and we are extremely confident in the finished result. Installing antique fireplaces requires in depth knowledge and experience as each fire is unique in its structure and requirements. The installation process would also include the laying of a hearth and placement of slips if required.
Examples of the installers work can be seen on our gallery page.
