A rare Victorian cast iron fireplace distinguished by its marble-inlay that frames the grate. This example employs solid Verde Antico marble, identifiable by its deep green ground with dark inclusions and veining.
The cast iron insert has restrained foliate spandrel detail and retains its original integral fire basket, including uprights with decorative finials and turned cross bars. The basket can accommodate a bespoke gas kit - please contact us for more details.
