Impressive Set of 3 Pine Classical Double Doors with heavily Carved Pediments

Reclaimed from a prestigious central London property. A well-composed set of three double doors offered with two richly carved pediments of genuine early 19th century origin, and one later but still period architrave dating to the early 20th century.

The pediments are the standout— Very deep profile with finely detailed neoclassical ornament, including scrolling acanthus, florals, eagle-head terminals and dentil moulding beneath a deep projecting cornice. They carry the quality and depth of carving expected of the Georgian period, with a strong architectural presence suited to formal interiors.

The doors themselves are later, likely late 19th to early 20th century, with clean six-panel configurations and good proportions. They sit comfortably beneath the pediments without compromising the impact of the earlier decorative elements.

One set retains a full architrave (early 20th century), simple and restrained in comparison, allowing the pediment to remain the focal point.
