A superb run of original mid-century steel library shelving units, reclaimed from the Physics Department Library at Cambridge University.
The shelving has been carefully restored back to bare mild steel and finished with a clear protective lacquer, retaining its original industrial character.
Designed as a fully modular system, the shelves are completely height-adjustable and can be configured in numerous ways to suit both commercial and domestic interiors.
Multiple bays can be linked together, while the units can be assembled as either single or double-sided shelving. The double-sided configuration works particularly well as striking freestanding library shelving or as a room divider.
