An elegant reclaimed limestone fireplace, beautifully hand-carved from Monks Park limestone, one of England's most celebrated architectural stones. Quarried beneath Corsham in Wiltshire, this fine-grained oolitic limestone has been prized for centuries for its exceptional carving qualities, warm cream colouring and ability to develop a beautiful natural patina with age.

Executed in an English Baroque style, the fireplace is centred by a finely carved serpentine tablet adorned with bold scrolls and delicately undercut acanthus leaves. The crisp architectural lines of the jambs and stepped frieze are balanced by the flowing central ornament, creating a design that is both refined and timeless.
