This impressive antique French-style Louis XVI fireplace surround has been expertly carved and crafted from Italian marble with attractive veins throughout.

This elegant fireplace has a panelled frieze with central carved motif. The panelled, stop-fluted jambs are surmounted by carved paterae to the end blocks. 

The chimneypiece has been gently restored in-house and can be viewed at our Hertforshire warehouse along with a large collection of other surrounds, inserts and grates and other architectural elements.
