A very rare piece, this original Art Deco lamp features a sculpted figure and mirrored backdrop with an enigmatic dancing light of different hues.

The frosted glass figurine is in a ballet pose and is mounted onto a chrome base. Her elongated and graceful pose reflects off the bevelled edge mirror creating an illusion of multiple dancers.

The glass is semi-translucent with a soft, matte frost, glowing warmly when lit from below. Different colours rotate when the lamp is powered, give an ethereal effect. 

The underside of the lamp is inscribed with "Danseuse" (female ballet dancer)
