Wray, Sanderson & Co. Ltd (1904-1957) was a incorporated in 1907, continuing the seed crushing business in Hull of Charles Creasey Wray and Frank Bernard Sanderson. The company operated as oil extractors, manufacturers of animal feedstuffs and refined oils. Wray, Sanderson & Co. took over the Hull General Warehousing and Transport Co., in 1917, Calders Margarine Co., in 1918 and Sowerby & Co. Ltd., Grimsby also in 1918.

This is a fantastic item, part of a thriving oil extraction industry in the north of England.
