Antique Georgian Regency Mahogany Bureau Glazed Bookcase

This outstanding piece is composed of Mahogany

The Oak lined drawers outline the quality of this genuine antique piece of furniture. It also has adjustable shelves and brass furniture.

The bookcase has subtle flared dental cornice that sits above two astragal glazed doors. Internally there are two adjustable shelves.

To the base there is a fall front bureau desk which folds down with working key, the table is rested on 2 discreet slide-out supports with pigeon holes and retractable candlelight stand platforms.

Resting on solid mahogany feet, the bureau still offers a functional work and storage space.

To each side there are three pigeon holes with a long drawer above two short drawers all with small brass pull handles. 

The top separates for ease of transporting.

The piece is of pleasing aesthetic in its current state however depending on preference it may benefit from some very light restoration.
