This beautiful and original fireplace has been crafted from Italian Carrara marble and has been gently restored by our in-house stonemason.
The antique surround lends its composition from Georgian "crossover" (the lintel spans entirely across the width of the surround resting upon each jamb) but has the addition of more carved details to the jambs. The handsome piece provides a deep bevelled shelf.
