An original Late Georgian, Early Victorian fireplace surround has been crafted from Italian Carrara marble.
This elegant antique crossover design (where the lintel sits completely across both legs) was typical of the Georgian period.
Because of the simplicity of the form, the surround would suit a number of inserts both ornate and plain or a fire basket it would also sit well in a variety of contemporary and traditional settings.
The surround has been gently restored in-house and is ready for installation.
