A substantial cast iron Victorian fireplace surround in the Neoclassical style with a wide shelf above a fluted frieze centred by a floral panel.
The antique piece has large roundels on the end-blocks above jambs fronted by pairs of twin tapering, stop-fluted pillars with ornate capitals either side of the egg and dart framed opening.
A very handsome period piece that has bee fully restored and is ready for installation.
