A particularly handsome piece, this antique grey veined English white marble fire surround has carved thumbnail details to the top of each jamb.
The marble has striking markings throughout. The large and elegant bevelled edge mantle shelf, rests upon the jambs and robust foot blocks.
The surround would make a wonderful addition to a period property project. The simplicity of the form and clean lines also allow the piece to work in a variety of interior settings.
