This striking oak chest was originally used as a safety deposit box and held at F.B. Thomas, 153 Bond Street. Still bearing the original wax non-tamper seals and travel labels, the solid timber chest has attractive iron strapwork, lifting handles and many unique and charming details. 

The rare and interesting piece comes complete with key and green felt lining to the inside.
